1. Brief introduction

3,3’,4,4’-Oxydiphthalic anhydride(simply called monoether anhydride) is a very useful chemical intermediate, which can be further prepared for many compounds, and be used as the excellent property modifier for resins. In particular, the polyimide synthesized from the monoether anhydride has remarkable mechanical properties, high electrical insulation property, high radiation resistance and chemical stability. It has become an important and invaluable material in the field of electrical insulation material, and miniature, high capacity and high heat resistant electrodes. It also has a high valuable use for manufacturing high temperature non-lubrication bearings.

3. Use

This product is mainly used for preparing polyimide goods with high purity and high property. It has excellent thermo- and oxidative stability, radiation resistance, wearing resistance, it is also flame retardant, low smoking, and can be used for composite material, forming and adhesive agents, mould goods, films, micro-electronic products, and gas separation films, etc. It is used as a latent curing agent of epoxy resin in the process of micro-encapsulation.

6050 Polyimide Film

Polyimide film is condensed with 4-formic acid-2-anhydride of benzene, and 4.4 -diamino-biphenyl-ether oxide. It has high low-temp resistance, radiation hardening and good Dielectric.

Technique Requirements
1.Appearance: film is surfacing, unbubbly, non-pinholedand without any conduction admixture.
2.Width and Length: film is offered on roll or coil, Width 10-500mm is utilized for compound rolled conducting wire, each roll is not less than 300m, if for the other electronic engineering material, each roll is not less than 50m. According to the customer's request, the Pellicle can be banding, but its width and length should be consucted with the two parties.

H-class Polyimide Glass varnished cloth

Polyimide Glass varnished cloth is made with the class cloth without Alkli, which covered with H-class polyimide adhesion after firing, it can be used under 200℃.
Polyimide Glass varnished cloth has high temperature resistance, radiation hardening resistance, solvent resistance and dielectric property. It's applicable to the insulation of high-temp resistant motor electrical appliances, the lining and wrapping of electric welding set.
